目的 研究催产素 (oxytocin,OT)对离体 BAL B/ c小鼠胸腺细胞增殖的影响 .方法 用 3H- Td R掺入法 ,研究在离体培养状态下不同浓度的 OT对胸腺细胞增殖的影响 .结果 在 1× 10 - 5 g· L- 1至 1× 10 - 3g· L- 1的范围内 OT可使胸腺细胞增殖指数增加 ,在此范围之外对其增殖指数无明显影响 .结论 在一定浓度范围内 OT有促进胞腺细胞增殖的作用 .
Objective To investigate the effects of oxytocin (OT) on the proliferation of thymocytes in vitro BALB / c mice.Methods 3H-TdR incorporation method was used to study the effects of different concentrations of OT on thymocyte proliferation in vitro .Results OT increased the thymocyte proliferation index in the range of 1 × 10-5 g · L -1 to 1 × 10 -3 g · L -1, and had no effect on the proliferation index outside of this range.Conclusion OT in a certain concentration range to promote the role of gland cell proliferation.
