自专利法实施以来,我院已申请专利11项,其中有职务发明9项,学生的非职务发明2项;有4项获得发明专利申请号,7项获实用新型专利申请号。在这些申请专利中:有5项已予公告,有的已经实施,“宽带傅立叶变换测微技术”已转让;“磁头电磁动态特性测试仪”已作为杭州1509厂的磁头专用测试设备;“封离式同轴内循环TEA CO_2激光器”和“一种新结构的热管黑体”由本单位实施、外单位订货,此外,组合式TEA CO_2磁光器和高速摄象机等正进行转让洽谈,可以期望它们有普及应用的良好前景。
Since the implementation of the Patent Law, our hospital has applied for 11 patents, including 9 inventions and 2 non-service inventions. There are 4 invention patent applications and 7 utility model patent applications. In these patent applications: 5 have been announced, and some have been implemented, “Broadband Fourier Transform micrometry technology” has been transferred; “magnetic head dynamic characteristics of the tester” has been used as Hangzhou 1509 factory head dedicated test equipment; “Feng In-line TEA CO_2 laser ”and“ A new structure of the heat pipe blackbody ”are carried out by our own unit and ordered by the outside unit. In addition, the TEA CO_2 magneto-optical unit and the high-speed camera are being negotiated for transfer. They have a good prospect of universal application.
