病史摘要 郭××,女,30岁,江苏省溧阳县人,农民。1981年12月14日入院。 患者于1981年8月起感到乏力,发现巩膜黄染,当地医院诊断为肝炎,经内科治疗无效。后因黄疸逐渐加深伴皮肤瘙痒、低热和大便颜色由淡黄色转为灰白色拟诊为阻塞性黄疸转来我院。经B型超声波检查,提示总胆管下端阻塞,胰头稍增大.拟诊阻塞性黄疸、胰头癌。
Medical History Abstract Guo ××, female, 30 years old, a peasant in Shuyang County, Jiangsu Province. He was admitted to hospital on December 14, 1981. The patient felt fatigued in August 1981 and found sclera was stained yellow. He was diagnosed as hepatitis in the local hospital and was not treated with medical treatment. Due to the gradual deepening of the jaundice with skin itching, low fever and stool color from pale yellow to gray to be diagnosed as obstructive jaundice transferred to our hospital. After B-mode ultrasound examination, suggesting that the bottom of the common bile duct obstruction, pancreatic head slightly increased. Observed obstructive jaundice, pancreatic cancer.
