描述了对两发由Detasheet-C高爆炸药爆炸驱动钢制长杆(长径比约为11)试验的实验测试和流体编码模拟。每发试验的初始装置都是将84个长杆平行排布在4个同心圆阵列上,第一发试验采用了中心药管装药以使长杆沿周向均匀抛撒,第二发试验采用180°圆弧状装药以使杆定向抛撒。根据炸药起爆后几毫秒的高速辐射摄影测量了杆的动态分布、平动速度及其翻转速率。为了同实验数据进行对比,还应用光滑粒子流体编码SPHINX对试验模型进行了数值模拟。模拟结果与实验测试符合较好。本文还包含了对长杆子母弹抛撒机理及特性分析的一些推论和见解。
Describes the experimental testing and fluid-coding simulation of two trials of two long rods (aspect ratio ~ 11) driven by Detasheet-C high explosives. The initial setup for each test consisted of arranging 84 long rods parallel to each other on four concentric arrays. In the first test, a central tube charge was used to disperse the long rod circumferentially. The second test 180 ° arc charge to orientate the rod. The dynamic distribution of rod, translational velocity and its turnover rate were measured according to several milliseconds of high-speed radiography after the explosive was detonated. In order to compare with the experimental data, the experimental model was also numerically simulated with a smooth particle fluid code SPHINX. The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones. This article also contains some inferences and opinions about the mechanism and characteristics of long bar munition.
