处于“高原期”的教师,找不到前进的动力,在专业水平上很难再上一个新台阶,这会给高职院校的教师、学生以及整个社会带来许多负面影响。本文分析了“高原现象”产生的原因并提出了相应的对策。
Teachers in the “plateau period” can not find the motivation to move forward. It is very difficult to reach a new high on the professional level. This will bring many negative effects to the teachers, students and society as a whole. This paper analyzes the causes of “plateau phenomenon ” and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
