本文对40只小鼠缺氧前的体温(直肠温度15.5℃~43℃)和小鼠在缺氧环境中存活时间的关系进行了分析,结果说明两者间存在曲线回归关系,经曲线拟合得回归方(?)=10~(2.0117-0.0144X)并对方程作假设检验,P<0.01曲线回归方程成立。另外将低体温组小鼠与正常一高体温组小鼠的缺氧环境中存活时间进行比较,两组间有高度显著性差异(P<0.01)。为病生缺氧实验课增设体温指标的可行性和可靠性提供了依据。
This article analyzed the relationship between body temperature (rectal temperature 15.5°C-43°C) and the survival time of mice in anoxic environment before hypoxia in 40 mice. The results showed that there is a curve regression relationship between the two, and the curve fitting Regression square (?)=10~(2.0117-0.0144X) and make hypothesis test for the equation, P<0.01 curve regression equation is established. In addition, the hypothermic environment survival time of mice in hypothermia group and normal-high body temperature group was compared, there was a highly significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). It provides the basis for the feasibility and reliability of adding body temperature indicators to the experimental class of hypoxic diseases.
