在传统计划体制下,我国经济领域里的“禁区”的确太多了。私营企业、三资企业、股票债券、土地批租、第二职业等都是禁区,经纪人更不例外。随着改革开放的深入,这些“禁区”正在逐步被打破。 一、什么是经纪人 《辞海》中说:经纪人是“资本主义市场上的一种中间商人。有一般经纪人和交易所经纪人。在旧中国,前者也称‘掮客’,是为买卖双方介绍交易以获取佣金的中间商人;后者是按照当时《交易新法》规定,具有一定资格,并向交易所交纳保证金,代客进行买卖以取得佣金的中间商人。”
