IL-2是由活化Th细胞分泌的一种细胞因子,通过与靶细胞膜上的IL-2R结合发挥多种生物学活性.IL-2R测定目前常用的方法有两种,生物学方法和放射免疫分析测定(RIA),本文发现在部分肿瘤患者IL-2活性及定量并不相符.为探讨两种方法在肿瘤患者免疫功能评价中的作用,我们对多种肿瘤患者同时进行了RIA和生物学测定,报道如下.1 材料和方法1.1 标本收集 原发性肝癌40例,年龄28~74岁,平均年龄43.5岁,中位年龄45.5岁,根据Ka- plany评分分为中晚期患者,各20例.其他肿瘤30例,包括胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌患者.健康人对照20例.以上所有受检者采集标本时均未应用免疫抑制剂.IL-2标准品,分别进行RIA和活性测定,计算两者测定值的相关系数.1.2 测定方法 IL-2活性的测定采用MTT法,结果以U/ml表示.IL-2测定标准用IL-2为Sigma产品,IL-2定量测定采用放免法,结果以μg/L表示.2.1 结果(表1)
