根据东北农业大学学生的身高、体重检测结果发现,东北农业大学学生的身高、体重标准好于2000年全国大学生的身高体重标准,但总体呈偏态分布,建议根据地域差异制定评价标准;针对营养不良和肥胖学生所占比例仍然不小,建议体育教学中加强形体练习,引导学生利用运动进行形体的美化;改革高校体育教材体系,体育课和课外体育锻炼的内容、形式应得到加强;在高校设立健康促进机构和健康必修理论课;同时,本文所提供的数据也为今后再次对东北农业大学学生体质检测结果进行分析提供借鉴和对比材料。
According to the height and weight test results of Northeast Agricultural University students, the height and weight standard of students in Northeast Agricultural University is better than that of the national college students in 2000, but they are generally skewed. It is suggested that the evaluation criteria should be formulated according to the regional differences.
