河南油田坚持“2344”信访工作思路,认真贯彻集团公司《关于深入开展创先争优活动实施意见》和《关于进一步加强中国石化集团公司信访稳定工作的意见》,落实各级责任,强化源头治理,加强信息稳控,但实施过程中还存在一些问题,为了有效地预防各种不稳定事件的发生,为河南油田和谐稳定发展创造出良好环境,以下提出了相关的建议。
