施工企业的职工,长时间在恶劣的自然环境中从事繁重的创造性工作,为国民经济建设的发展贡献着自己的力量。由这些工作人员组成的施工企业队伍,是企业的固定资产,也是工作劳动力,是社会物质生活、技术工作的基础力量,有助于人们生活水平的改善,在创造社会财富与社会价值方面,做出了巨大的贡献,是我国现代化建设过程中不可缺少的重要组成。文中分析了流动施工企业的特点和职工队伍的特点,并就职工队伍建设提出了几点建议。
Workers in construction enterprises, engaged in protracted and creative work for a long time in the harsh natural environment, have contributed their own strength to the development of the national economy. The contingent of construction workers composed of these workers is the fixed asset and the working labor for the enterprise. It is the basic force for the material and technical work of the society and contributes to the improvement of people’s living standards. In terms of creating social wealth and social values, A tremendous contribution has been an indispensable and important component in the process of our country’s modernization. The article analyzes the characteristics of mobile construction enterprises and the characteristics of the workforce, and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the workforce.
