目的了解目前新疆乌鲁木齐汉、维族成年人维生素D营养状况,探讨25(OH)D水平与心血管疾病危险因素的相关性。方法选自2013年5月在新疆乌鲁木齐采用横断面方法随机抽取汉族1 046名,维吾尔族812名进行体格检查及问卷调查,测定各项生化指标,应用相关和Logistic回归分析相关性。结果 (1)维生素D缺乏广泛存在,维族女性缺乏(92.2%);(2)相关分析25(OH)D水平均与年龄、性别、吸烟、活动量程度有关。控制以上影响因素及相应的服药史后25(OH)D水平与SBP、Hb A1c、FPG、TC、TG、UA呈负相关,仅维族与DBP、LDL-C呈负相关;(3)Logistic回归分析显示,25(OH)D水平与汉族高血压、高空腹血糖、高尿酸血症显著相关,与维族腹型肥胖、血脂紊乱、高尿酸血症显著相关(P<0.05)。结论新疆乌鲁木齐维生素D普遍缺乏,25(OH)D水平与年龄、性别、吸烟、活动量程度、糖脂代谢、血压、尿酸的关系及与部分心血管疾病危险因素的显著相关性存在民族差异。
Objective To understand the nutritional status of vitamin D in Han and Uighur adults in Urumqi, Xinjiang at present, and to explore the correlation between the 25 (OH) D level and the risk factors of cardiovascular disease. The method was selected from May 2013 in Urumqi, Xinjiang by cross-sectional method randomly selected 1 046 Han, 812 Uigur people for physical examination and questionnaire survey, the determination of biochemical indicators, application-related and Logistic regression analysis. Results (1) Lack of vitamin D was widespread and lack of Uygur female (92.2%); (2) Correlation analysis of 25 (OH) D levels were related to age, sex, smoking and activity. The levels of 25 (OH) D were negatively correlated with SBP, Hb A1c, FPG, TC, TG and UA after controlling the above factors and corresponding medication history, but only negatively correlated with DBP and LDL-C. (3) Logistic regression Analysis showed that 25 (OH) D level was significantly associated with hypertension, high fasting blood glucose and hyperuricemia in Han nationality, and significantly related to Uyghur abdominal obesity, dyslipidemia and hyperuricemia (P <0.05). Conclusion There is a general lack of vitamin D in Urumqi, Xinjiang. There is a national difference in the significant correlation between 25 (OH) D level and age, sex, smoking, activity level, glucose and lipid metabolism, blood pressure, uric acid and risk factors of some cardiovascular diseases.
