【目的】对亲本遗传距离的评估是保证F1代种子杂种优势的基础工作,本研究的目的是为科学的选择孔雀草杂交育种亲本奠定基础。【方法】对12份孔雀草自交系和4份孔雀草F1代及两份万寿菊材料分别用ISSR分子标记和形态学特征进行了遗传分析。【结果】用10个引物共得到145个位点,其中138个为多态性位点;对ISSR标记和10个表型性状分别进行分析的结果表明,当优先考虑花型和材料来源两个表型性状时,两种分类方法得到的结果基本一致。【结论】在孔雀草分类中以花型和材料来源为重要依据时,能够比较客观地反映其遗传基础上的差异。在孔雀草利用杂种优势育种中,选择花型差异大,来源不同的亲本,如孔雀草nana和孔雀草黄色小英雄,孔雀草nana Petite Gold和孔雀草21605,有可能得到性状优良的杂交后代。
【Objective】 The objective of this study is to evaluate the genetic distance of parents to ensure F1 hybrid seed heterosis. The purpose of this study is to lay a foundation for the scientific selection of hybrid mats breeding. 【Method】 The genetic analysis of 12 malayan inbred lines and 4 malayan F1 and two marigold materials were carried out by using ISSR molecular markers and morphological characteristics respectively. 【Result】 A total of 145 loci were obtained with 10 primers, of which 138 were polymorphic loci. The results of ISSR markers and 10 phenotypic traits respectively showed that when two types Phenotypic traits, the results of the two classification methods are basically the same. 【Conclusion】 In the classification of matsutake, the flower pattern and the source of the material are the important basis to reflect the genetic differences objectively. In the breeding of Maitake grass with heterosis, parents with different flower types and different origins, such as the mandarin peacock nana, the yellow maidenhair hero, the peacock nana Petite Gold and the maidenhair 21605, may be able to obtain the cross of the excellent trait progeny.
