由于企业集群在区域经济发展中所取得的绩效让世人瞩目,研究者们从不同的角度来解释企业集群的优势。从大范畴而言,对企业集群优势的解释可以划分为基于经济要素和非经济要素两类。而非经济要素中,信任关系成为最主要的驱动要素。如果没有一个较大框架内的信任,集群企业将难于专心致志地利用其专业知识,劳动和知识的分工将不可能,创新也很难发生,人们的生活水准将停留在很低的水平。本文就仅从信任角度来分析其与企业集群的关系。
As the performance of enterprise clusters in the development of regional economy has attracted worldwide attention, researchers have explained the advantages of enterprise clusters from different perspectives. In a large area, the explanation of the advantages of an enterprise cluster can be divided into two categories based on economic factors and non-economic factors. In non-economic factors, the relationship of trust has become the most important driving factor. Without trust within a larger framework, it will be difficult for cluster enterprises to devote themselves to their professional knowledge. Labor and knowledge division of labor will not be possible, innovation will hardly occur, and people’s living standard will remain at a very low level. This article only from the perspective of trust to analyze its relationship with the enterprise cluster.
