随着社会的发展,男幼师对幼儿学习和生活的重要性逐渐凸显,受到社会的高度关注。大量研究表明,幼儿的教育需要男性的加入,但现实的状况确是幼儿园男老师在教师群体中比率非常小并且不稳定,坚守者寥寥无几。深层原因是这些男性在幼儿园中的认同感不高。本研究通过问卷调查,对男幼师职业认同现状进行了深入分析,为男幼师在这个行业更好地发展打下坚实的理论基础,以期促进幼儿教育的发展。
With the development of society, the importance of male kindergarten teachers in young children’s learning and daily life has gradually become prominent and has drawn great attention from the society. Numerous studies show that young children’s education requires the participation of men, but the reality is that kindergarten male teachers are very small and unstable in the teacher community, with few adherents. The underlying reason is that these men in kindergarten identity is not high. Through questionnaire survey, this research deeply analyzes the status quo of male kindergarten teachers’ professional identity, and provides a solid theoretical basis for male kindergarten teachers to develop better in this profession in order to promote the development of early childhood education.
