目的探究出院患者对护理工作的满意度及影响因素。方法选取我院科室在2015年6月至2016年6月共12个月期间(包括当日出院)的患者作为调查对象。使用根据我院实际情况综合考量自主设计的护理工作满意度调查表,对大脑意识清醒、可以独立自主完成问卷调查的患者进行电话随访问卷调查,调查时间为12个月,情况调查表一般包括患者性别、年龄、现居住地、住院时间、治疗结果等数据。结果出院患者对护理工作满意度的评价情况400例出院患者对护理工作的总体满意度评分为(90.50±8.59)分,达到满意以上水平。结论使用随访调查的方式了解患者关于护理工作的满意程度,明确认识关于患者在住院期间的相关问题与完善护理工作的相关建议。根据患者反映的情况,制定针对性改进方案,加强整体服务质量,提高患者对我院的满意程度,对我院的生存与发展有着积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the satisfaction and influencing factors of discharged patients to nursing work. Methods Patients in our department from June 2015 to June 2016 for a total of 12 months (including discharged on the same day) were selected as the survey subjects. Using the self-designed nursing satisfaction survey according to the actual situation in our hospital, we conducted a telephone follow-up survey of patients who were conscious of the brain and who could complete the questionnaire independently. The investigation period was 12 months. The questionnaire generally included the gender of the patient , Age, current place of residence, length of stay, and treatment outcome. Results Evaluation of discharged patients’ satisfaction with nursing work The total satisfaction rate of nursing discharged from 400 discharged patients was (90.50 ± 8.59) points, reaching satisfactory level. Conclusion The follow-up survey was conducted to find out the patient’s satisfaction with nursing work, to make clear the relevant suggestions about patients during hospitalization and to improve nursing work. According to the patient’s situation, the development of targeted improvement programs to enhance the overall quality of service and improve patient satisfaction with our hospital, the survival and development of our hospital has a positive effect.
