基础教育课程改革的实施,对中小学教师的课程理念、知识结构、能力素养提出了严峻的挑战。高师作为基础教育师资培养和培训的主要阵地,应加强基础教育课程改革的理论研究与实践指导,客观上要求高师教师具备全新的素质:确立“为了学生发展”的新理念;提高课程理论素养;形成综合素养;锻造“基于问题学习”的能力。这既是基础教育课程改革的要求,也是高师教师成长的重要途径。
The implementation of the curriculum reform in basic education poses a severe challenge to the curriculum ideas, knowledge structure and ability cultivation of primary and secondary school teachers.
