我国常用的IT系列和DT系列带式输送机的滚筒,其结构都是将滚筒与接盘选用紧配合(或键)安装。实践中存在如下问题:(1)组装时易使轴端与轴承配合错位,引起轴阶与轴承内圈擦伤而影响零件使用寿命。(2)在气候恶劣、温差大的露天矿使用时,由于滚筒的结构密封性能较差造成润滑条件不好,从而旋转阻力大,降低了使用寿命。对此,我们将滚筒结构进行了改进设计。
China’s commonly used IT series and DT series belt conveyor drum, the structure is the drum and then choose the disk with the tight fit (or key) installation. In practice, the following problems exist: (1) When assembling, the shaft end and the bearing are easily misaligned, causing the shaft step and the inner ring of the bearing to be scratched, thereby affecting the service life of the part. (2) When using in open air mine with bad climate and large temperature difference, the lubrication conditions are not good due to poor sealing performance of the drum structure, so that the rotation resistance is large and the service life is reduced. In this regard, we have improved the design of the drum structure.
