目的评价观察芦山县氯硝柳胺灭螺的效果。方法在该县开展氯硝柳胺泥敷灭螺和喷洒灭螺,灭螺后考核评价灭螺效果。结果 2004—2008年芦山县反复累计药物灭螺5 490万m2,泥敷灭螺占14.50%,喷洒灭螺占85.50%,钉螺面积从620万m2降到14.9万m2,钉螺面积减少97.60%。泥敷灭螺后钉螺平均死亡率96.23%,钉螺平均密度从2.21只/框(每框=0.11m2)下降到0.15只/框,钉螺平均密度下降了93.21%。结论氯硝柳药物灭螺能有效压缩钉螺面积,降低钉螺密度,泥敷灭螺效果好,建议在现场灭螺中根据环境特点选择灭螺方法。
Objective To evaluate the effect of niclosamide on snail in Lushan County. Methods The niclosamide mud smear and spraying molluscicide were conducted in this county, and the molluscicidal effect was evaluated after the molluscicide treatment. Results In 2004-2008, the cumulative number of drug snail spreaders was 54.9million m2 in the Lushan County, 14.50% of the snails were sprouted from the mud, 85.50% of the snails were sprinkled, and the area of snails dropped from 6.2 million m2 to 149,000 m2. The snail area was reduced by 97.60%. The average mortality of Oncomelania snails was 96.23% and the average density of Oncomelania snails decreased from 2.21 per box (per box = 0.11 m2) to 0.15 per box, and the average density of Oncomelania decreased 93.21%. Conclusion Chlorophyll poisoning can effectively compress the area of snail and reduce the density of snail. It is suggested that snail-killing method should be chosen according to the environmental characteristics of snail.
