企业管理就是程序运作、章法管理,就是规范操作、到位管理,建立程序与执行的新型管理模式,正是打造现代企业追求质量效率的主要手段。贵刊今年第12期《程序与执行的背后》一文,介绍了中油BP公司确立科学的经营理念,很值得我们借鉴。
Business management is the operation of the procedure and the management of the rules and regulations. It is the new management mode of standardizing operation, putting in place management and establishing procedure and execution. It is exactly the main means to build the modern enterprise to pursue the quality and efficiency. The 12th issue of this year’s “Behind the Procedures and Enforcement,” a paper introducing the establishment of a scientific management philosophy by BP Oil Company, is worth learning from.
