当前我国企业不讲诚信的问题越来越突出,严重损害消费者利益,影响投资者信心,干扰社会主义市场经济秩序。企业是“经济人”和“道德人”的统一,其在追求经济利润的同时更应为他人与社会服务,诚信则是企业伦理不可或缺的基本要素。因此为建立企业诚信,本文从企业诚信的现状出发,剖析原因,指出加强企业诚信的必要性,并寻求实现企业诚信伦理的机制。
At present, the issue of how our enterprises in our country do not speak of honesty and trust has become increasingly prominent, seriously damaging the interests of consumers, affecting the confidence of investors and disturbing the socialist market economic order. The enterprise is the unification of “economic man ” and “moral man ”. While pursuing economic profit, the enterprise should serve for others and society. Integrity is an indispensable basic element of business ethics. Therefore, in order to establish corporate honesty, this article starts from the status quo of corporate honesty, analyzes the reasons, points out the necessity of strengthening corporate honesty and integrity, and seeks for a mechanism to realize corporate ethics.
