为了贯彻落实党中央国务院关于建设上海国际航运中心的指示精神,根据上海市关于“三港两路”的发展战略,上海市委和市政府于去年5月成立了上海国际航运中心上海地区领导小组及办公室。其作为市政府加强港口航运建设的领导机构,负责组织和协调上海地区国际航运中心建设的重大事项。为提高上海国际航运中心建设决策的科学性、权威性,同时还专门设立了上海国际航运中心上海地区专家委员会。专家委员会由上海地区的港口、航运、航道、口岸管理等单位及有关高校、科研单位的专家组成,并适当聘请部分外地专家参加,目前已聘请了15位德高望重的专家。

The Committee of Experts is composed of experts from ports, shipping lines, shipping channels and port administrations in Shanghai and relevant universities and research institutes. Some experts in the field are invited to participate as appropriate. At present, 15 highly respected experts have been hired.
