浅谈素质拓展训练对普通高校足球选项课教学效果的影响

当今时代的教育主要提倡的是素质教育,在教育不断改革的过程中,普通高校的足球教学也正面临着创新与挑战。足球运动可以说是世界上影响力很大的一项体育运动项目,足球的训练不仅受到职业选手的热爱,对于大学生来说,追捧与热爱也是十分常见的。在普通高效的体育教学中,大多都开设了足球选项课程,学生可以将足球作为体育课的形式,不过在普通高校中足球课似并不是热门的体育课选修科目,这种现象也就恰好说明在普通高校中,虽然有足球选项课,但是也存在着一系列的相关问题。素质拓展训练便是在足球选项课出现问题是所必须要应用到的一种教学方式,可以同股对教学理念的改变和对传统加血方式的转变让学生对足球充满兴趣。本文通过对素质拓展训练在普通高校中的应用以及来带的教学效果为基点进行分析,希望在今后普通高校的足球选项课会得到更多同学的喜欢,提升素质教育的质量。 Education in today’s era advocates quality education. In the process of education reform, the teaching of football in ordinary colleges and universities is also facing innovation and challenge. Football is arguably one of the most influential sports events in the world. Football training is not only popular with professional players, but also popular with college students. In the ordinary and efficient physical education, most of them have set up a football option course, students can use football as a form of physical education, but in general colleges and universities like football is not popular physical education elective subjects, this phenomenon is just that In colleges and universities, although there are football elective courses, there are also a series of related problems. Discipline development training is a teaching method that must be applied when there is a problem in soccer elective classes. Students can change their interest in football by changing teaching philosophy and changing traditional ways of adding blood. This paper analyzes the application of quality development training in colleges and universities and the teaching effect of coming tapes. It is hoped that in the future, the football option courses in ordinary colleges and universities will be liked by more students and enhance the quality of quality education.
