我国农产品食品安全可追溯系统的建设几乎与国际同步,大部分地区在探索中形成了自己独立而有效的方法。本文在对湖北、浙江、广东等地的实地调查与研究的基础上,从供应链角度具体探讨了可追溯系统对我国农产品食品安全的促进作用,同时也归纳了系统在建立与使用过程中所存在的问题,包括企业对建立与使用系统必然性的理解,对采集或上报信息真实性的准确测量以及终端消费者对追溯信息的选取与使用困难等。通过对系统建立和使用现状的分析,提出从完善国家相关制度,发展相关信息采集和计算机技术,加强供应链一体化等方面改善可追溯系统。
China’s agricultural products traceability system for food safety almost simultaneously with the international community, most of the exploration in the area formed its own independent and effective method. Based on the field investigation and research in Hubei, Zhejiang and Guangdong, this paper discusses in detail the promotion effect of traceability system on the food safety of agricultural products from the perspective of supply chain. At the same time, it also summarizes the role of traceability system in the establishment and use of the system The existing problems include the comprehension of the inevitability of the establishment and use of the enterprise, the accurate measurement of the authenticity of the collected or reported information and the difficulty of selecting and using traceability information by the terminal consumers. Through the analysis of the status quo of system establishment and use, this paper proposes to improve the traceability system from the aspects of perfecting national system, developing relevant information collection and computer technology, and strengthening supply chain integration.
