介绍了将微分理论应用于弹簧设计、制造上的方法。提出了准确进行弹簧设计的类比法;在理论上阐明了弹簧各几何尺寸允许存在的最大偏差;尤其是在弹簧制造中应用微分理论,能够快速、准确地确定弹簧的各几何尺十,从而制造出精密的弹簧。
The method of applying differential theory to spring design and manufacture is introduced. The analogy method of accurately designing the spring is put forward; the maximal deviations allowed in the geometric dimensions of the spring are expounded theoretically; especially the differential theory can be used in spring manufacturing to determine the tens of tens of springs rapidly and accurately, so as to manufacture A precision spring.
