提出基于 Internet/ Intranet汽车覆盖件冲压虚拟制造系统。在基于 Internet/ Intranet的信息系统集成的基础上 ,利用虚拟现实、科学可视化和多媒体的虚拟使用环境 ,在人工智能技术和基于事例的推理 (CBR)技术的支持下 ,通过集成地应用各种建模、仿真分析技术和工具以及控制技术实现集成的、并行的产品开发和制造系统 ,采用在虚拟环境下的基于黑板控制系统的分布式并行处理协同求解。最后给出了汽车覆盖件典型的拉深工艺的界面交互计算实例。
A virtual manufacturing system of stamping based on Internet / Intranet car cover is proposed. Based on the information system integration based on Internet / Intranet and using the virtual reality, scientific visualization and multimedia virtual environment, with the support of artificial intelligence technology and case-based reasoning (CBR) technology, Mode, simulation analysis technology and tools and control technology to achieve an integrated and parallel product development and manufacturing system. The distributed parallel processing based on blackboard control system in virtual environment is used to solve the problem. Finally, an example of interface interaction calculation of the typical deep drawing process of automobile panel is given.
