本文采用优文设计的方法,对某厂一型钢轧机(斜楔联接的开式机架)的现状进行了分析比较,结果表明:在U形架重量不变的情况下,优化设计后,U形架立柱在机架上盖止口接触处的刚度,可提高9%左右;楔孔处的强度,可提高12%左右,可见优化后的效果。本文还对静不定力对U形架立柱挠曲,一个立柱在机架上盖止口处的变形及对楔孔处应力的影响作了分析。本文使用惩罚函数法(SUMT),和无约束最优化求解法,求得惩罚函数ψ(X,r)的最优化解,以此无约束最优化解近似代替原目标函数F(X)的约束最优化解X~*,F(X~*)。
In this paper, by using the method of essay design, the status quo of a steel rolling mill (wedge-jointed open frame) of a factory is analyzed and compared.
