笔者分析了提升员工综合素质与业务能力的价值,提出了企业管理者关于供电企业员工培养的认识水平要提高,县级电力企业竞争机制的建立,对先进设备的引进与新技术的运用,需要注重对培训开展者的素质培养以及在“三集五大”思想指正下深化带动电力企业员工教育活动开展的策略。电力企业的培训工作开展应成为企业人力资源发展的核心要素,以确保企业能够通过构建科学的人力资源管理模式来实现自身的不断发展。
The author analyzes the value of improving staff’s comprehensive quality and business ability. It puts forward that enterprise managers should raise the level of awareness about staff training of power supply enterprises, establish the competition mechanism of county-level power enterprises, and introduce the advanced equipment and the application of new technologies. Pay attention to the quality of training for those who carry out the training and in the “three sets of five” thinking under the guidance of deepening power enterprises to promote employee education activities carried out strategy. The training of power enterprises should be the core element in the development of human resources in order to ensure that enterprises can realize their continuous development through building a scientific human resource management mode.
