本文通过梳理和分析明代以来青海草场纠纷及解决路径,认为处理草场纠纷时不仅要以一种开放、稳健而宽容的多元文化态度,尊重地方性文化和民间解纷机制,而且还需要用人类普同性价值即当代社会倡导的社会主义核心价值观来思考、看待与处理草场纠纷.
