本研究通过持续结扎大鼠一侧大脑中动脉和夹闭双侧颈总动脉60min,然后再通,制成大鼠局灶性皮质脑梗塞再灌流动物模型。在此基础上,56只大鼠随机分成7个组。观察预先用药对再灌流期脑组织脂质过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。结果表明:再灌流后脑组织MDA含量升高,SOD活力下降,两药较小剂量组单独应用对MDA含量升高无抑制,但能抑制SOD含量降低。两药较大剂量组及联合用药组能完全抑制再灌流后脑组织MDA升高和SOD活力下降。
In this study, we continued to ligate the middle cerebral artery in rats and occlude bilateral common carotid arteries for 60min, and then recanalize them to establish the animal model of focal cerebral ischemia and reperfusion in rats. On this basis, 56 rats were randomly divided into seven groups. To observe the effect of premedication on malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in brain tissue during reperfusion period. The results showed that after reperfusion, the content of MDA in brain tissue increased and the activity of SOD decreased. However, the application of the two drugs in small dose group did not inhibit the increase of MDA content, but inhibited the decrease of SOD content. The larger dose of two drugs combined with the combination group can completely inhibit the reperfusion brain MDA and SOD activity decreased.
