目的观察稳斑方对动脉粥样硬化(AS)模型兔斑块稳定性的影响。方法56只日本大耳白兔随机分成空白组、模型组、他汀组和稳斑方组,每组14只。喂食高脂饲料12周建立兔动脉粥样硬化模型,造模成功后他汀组和稳斑方组分别开始给予相应药物,8周后处死。检测血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平;取主动脉病理切片,观察斑块面积、脂质核心面积、内膜及中膜厚度、纤维帽厚度。结果稳斑方组血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著低于模型组(P<0.01),而各组HDL-C水平的差异无统计学意义。与模型组比较,稳斑方组主动脉斑块面积、脂质核心面积、内膜厚度、内膜/中膜厚度均减少(P<0.01),而纤维帽厚度、纤维帽厚度/脂质核心面积则升高(P<0.01)。结论稳斑方能降低血脂水平改善斑块内部结构,对稳定AS斑块有良好疗效。
Objective To observe the effect of “Wen Gan Fang” on the plaque stability of atherosclerotic (AS) model rabbits. Methods 56 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into blank group, model group, statin group and stable plaque group, 14 in each group. Rabbits were fed with high-fat diet for 12 weeks to establish the model of atherosclerosis in rabbits. After the model was successfully established, the statins and the stable plaque group were given the corresponding drugs, and were sacrificed after 8 weeks. Serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were measured. Pathological sections of aorta were taken and plaque area, Quality core area, intima and media thickness, fiber cap thickness. Results The levels of serum TC, TG and LDL-C in the Wengan Fang group were significantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.01), but there was no significant difference in the HDL-C levels among the groups. Compared with model group, plaque area, lipid core area, intima thickness and intima / media thickness were decreased in stable plaque group (P <0.01), while fibrous cap thickness, fibrous cap thickness / lipid core Area increased (P <0.01). Conclusions Zaoyu Decoction can lower the level of blood lipids and improve the internal structure of plaque, which has a good effect on stable AS plaque.
