目的:探讨不同品种手套或表面活性剂间接接触硅橡胶印模材料后,对其阻聚作用的影响。方法:两种手套(有粉和无粉)、4种表面活性剂处理(自来水,肥皂水,酒精,对照)、温度(22°C和36°C)共3个独立变量,组合成16个实验组。不同品种手套与表面活性剂接触后,与干净的玻璃板摩擦,空气吹干。加聚型硅橡胶材料混合于处理的玻璃板上,按照聚合时间要求,再取下样本,判断是否阻聚,材料残留于玻璃板上为阻聚。采用x2检验进行比较。结果:阻聚仅发生在手套/酒精组。22°C温度下,阻聚在90%~95%,36°C温度下,阻聚为55%~65%。结论:乳胶手套与硅橡胶印模材料接触,不会发生阻聚,但是一旦与酒精接触,阻聚现象特别明显。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of different kinds of gloves or surfactants on their resistance to polymerization after indirect contact with silicone rubber impression material. METHODS: Two gloves (powdery and powder-free), four surfactant treatments (tap water, soapy water, alcohol, control), three independent variables of temperature (22 ° C and 36 ° C) test group.
