国外关于人力资源管理的理论内容非常丰富。现代人力资源管理的理论包括企业不完备契约理论、委托—代理理论、现代公司法人治理结构及激励理论。对我国企业人力资源管理的理论与实践有着很好的借鉴作用。
Foreign theory of human resources management is very rich. Modern human resources management theory includes incomplete contract theory, principal-agent theory, modern corporate governance structure and incentive theory. It has a good reference for the theory and practice of human resource management in our country.
