随着市民生活水平的提高、生活节奏的加快,冷冻冷藏食品已成为城市居民日常生活中的重要部分。中国食品工业协会有关人士介绍,发展方便食品已成为优化我国食品工业产业结构、产品结构和提高居民食品消费水平的重要措施。目前,我国方便面产量已据世界首位。但是人均方便面占有量在世界第9位,而且消费主要集中于城市居民,农村居民消费水平不及城市的三分之一。随着城市化步伐加快,城乡居民收入提高,有关专家介绍,方便面市场前景乐观。据悉,上海市连锁商业协会所作的一项调查显示:有67.9%的人购买过速冻食品,有64.7%的人购买过肉、禽、鱼等半成品,有61.6%的人购买过熟食品,有50%的人购买过方便菜肴、微波食品、方便米饭和方便面等。行家人为,为节省做饭时间,随着生活节奏的加快,北京、上海、等地市民用于购买方便速冻食品
