目的:研究氯沙坦联合金水宝治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的效果。方法:将晋煤总医院自2011年11月至2013年5月间收治的56例系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者的临床资料进行分析。将其随机分为两组各28例,治疗组给予氯沙坦联合金水宝治疗,对照组给予氯沙坦治疗。对比两组患者的尿红细胞、尿蛋白、血脂以及患者肾脏功能的变化情况,比较中西医结合治疗与单纯西医治疗的疗效差异。结果:治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后尿红细胞定量、24 h尿蛋白定量显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后胆固醇、甘油三酯含量显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),治疗组下降幅度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前后BUN、Scr的变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯沙坦联合金水宝治疗系膜增生性肾小球肾炎的临床效果明显好于单纯氯沙坦治疗效果,且治疗后患者的尿红细胞、尿蛋白、血脂等水平的改善较明显,肾功能稳定,值得在临床推广使用。
Objective: To study the effect of losartan and jinshuibao on mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis. Methods: The clinical data of 56 patients with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis treated at Jincheng General Hospital from November 2011 to May 2013 were analyzed. They were randomly divided into two groups of 28 cases, the treatment group given losartan combined with Jin Bao, the control group given losartan treatment. The changes of urine red blood cells, urinary protein, blood lipids and kidney function of the two groups were compared. The difference of the curative effect between the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and Western medicine was compared. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). After the treatment, urinary erythrocytes were quantified and the 24 h urinary protein in the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05) (P <0.05). After treatment, the levels of cholesterol and triglyceride in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05), and the decrease in treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05) The difference of BUN and Scr was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Losartan combined with Jinshuibao treatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis clinical effect was significantly better than losartan alone treatment effect, and after treatment of patients with urinary red blood cells, urinary protein, blood lipids and other levels improved significantly, kidney Stable, it is worth promoting in clinical use.
