针对某型航空发动机涡轮后支点轴承外环装配工艺参数的特点,实验研究了轴承外环与衬套配合为过盈配合、间隙配合和过渡配合时的转子振动特性;同时研究了温度场和外环拧紧力矩参数对配合关系的影响而导致的转子振动特性变化.结果表明:轴承外环与衬套为间隙配合时,引起发动机振动出现次谐波、高倍频和1阶非线性共振;外环锁紧螺母力矩增大只对外环是间隙配合时的振动有抑制作用;轴承座的温度场可导致轴承外环与轴承座的过渡配合变为间隙配合,并影响振动特性.
