目的 :探讨益气健脾方剂治疗脾胃气虚证的配伍规律。方法 :采用苦寒泻下法复制大鼠脾虚模型 ,运用放射免疫分析法 (RIA )检测白术茯苓汤及其与补气药、除湿药的不同配伍对脾虚大鼠胃泌素 (GAS)、胃动素(MTL )及血管活性肠肽 (VIP)的含量影响。结果 :与正常对照组比较 ,脾虚模型大鼠 GAS、MTL明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,VIP显著升高 (P <0 .0 1) ;与自然恢复组比较 ,各治疗组以上指标均有不同程度的改善 ,其中以综合配伍组改善作用最为显著。结论 :白术茯苓汤对脾虚大鼠胃肠激素的紊乱有改善作用 ,综合配伍组对以上指标的改善作用优于白术茯苓汤组及其他配伍组 ,表明中医复方配伍具有一定的科学性。
Objective : To explore the compatibility rule of Yiqi Jianpi Prescription on spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome. METHODS: Rat spleen deficiency model was duplicated by bitter cold diarrhea method. Radioactive immunoassay (RIA) was used to detect the combination of Baizhuwan decoction and qi-invigorating drugs and dehumidifying drugs on gastrin (GAS) and gastric motility in spleen deficiency rats. MTL and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) content effects. RESULTS:Compared with the normal control group, GAS and MTL in the spleen deficiency model rats were significantly lower (P < 0.01), VIP was significantly increased (P <0. 01). Compared with the natural recovery group, the above indicators in the treatment groups All have different degrees of improvement, among which the comprehensive improvement group has the most significant improvement. Conclusion : Baizhuwan decoction can improve the disorder of gastrointestinal hormones in spleen deficiency rats. The comprehensive compatibility group has better effect on the above indexes than Baizhuyutang group and other compatibility groups, indicating that the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and prescription has a certain degree of scientificity.
