首先简述了一种新颖的制备微胶囊和薄膜的方法-层层自组装法(LbL),LbL法制备微胶囊和薄膜的显著优越性在于能够在纳米尺度上对微胶囊和薄膜的组成、结构、形态和厚度进行精确的控制。然后,详细介绍了pH响应的微胶囊和薄膜的制备、对某些物质的包埋以及释放。pH值的改变会引起薄膜和微胶囊通透性的变化,甚至导致薄膜与微胶囊的分解,从而释放内部比如蛋白、多肽等物质。最后,对微胶囊和薄膜的应用前景做了简单的展望。
First of all, a novel method of preparing microcapsules and thin films - layer-by-layer self-assembly method (LbL) is briefly described. The remarkable advantage of preparing microcapsules and films by the LbL method lies in that the composition of microcapsules and films, Structure, shape and thickness of the precise control. Then, the preparation of pH-responsive microcapsules and membranes, the embedding and release of certain substances are described in detail. The change of pH will cause the permeability of film and microcapsule change, even lead to the decomposition of film and microcapsule, thus releasing the internal such as protein, polypeptide and other substances.
