目的:评价枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与茵栀黄口服液联用对新生儿高胆红素血症患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年3月间收治的高胆红素血症患儿60例作为研究对象;按照随机数字表法将其分为实验组30例和对照组30例;对照组患儿均给予苯巴比妥、蓝光照射等常规治疗,实验组患儿均给予在对照组基础上加用草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与茵栀黄口服液治疗,比较两组患儿治疗后的总有效率、治疗前后胆红素水平变化情况、蓝光治疗时间和黄疸消退时间以及不良反应的发生率。结果:实验组患儿治疗后的总有效率为96.67%高于对照组为80.00%(P<0.05);治疗3 d和5 d后血清胆红素水平显著低于治疗前和对照组(P<0.05);采用蓝光治疗时间和黄疸消退时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗后不良反应的发生率经比较其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用枯草杆菌二联活菌颗粒与茵栀黄口服液联用治疗高胆红素血症患儿,其胆红素水平在较短时间内明显下降。
Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus subtilis granules in combination with Yinzhihuang oral liquid on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods: Sixty children with hyperbilirubinemia admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table, 30 cases were divided into experimental group and control group, and 30 cases in control group Children were given phenobarbital, blue light irradiation and other conventional treatment, the experimental group were given on the basis of the control group with the combination of Bacillus subtilis particles and Yinzhihuang oral liquid treatment, the two groups were compared after treatment The total efficiency, changes in bilirubin levels before and after treatment, blue light treatment time and jaundice subsided time and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results: The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.67% after treatment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%) (P <0.05). Serum bilirubin level was significantly lower on the 3rd and 5th day after treatment than that before treatment and the control group <0.05). The treatment time of blue light and jaundice were significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups after treatment (P> 0.05). CONCLUSION: The bilirubin level in children with hyperbilirubinaemia is significantly decreased in a relatively short period of time by using the combination of B. subtilis and Lvzhihuang Oral Liquid.
