目的: 研究益欣康泰胶囊对老龄小鼠体内睾酮(T) 的影响; 方法: 选用昆明种雄性小鼠50 只, 随机分为五组, 即对照组、阳性药物组及益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量组, 分别灌服蒸馏水、红参水煎液及益欣康泰胶囊高、中、低剂量的水溶液, 于第10天时统一在颈动脉取血做T测定; 结果: 红参组及益欣康泰胶囊三组与对照组比较, 灌服益欣康泰胶囊后T含量明显升高(P< 001), 益欣康泰胶囊高剂量组与红参组比较T明显升高(P< 001); 结论: 益欣康泰具有改善老龄鼠性腺功能, 提高体内T含量, 具有明显的抗衰老作用
Objective: To study the effect of Yixin Kangtai Capsule on testosterone (T) in aged mice. Methods: Fifty Kunming male mice were randomly divided into five groups: control group, positive drug group and Yixin Kangtai capsule. In the medium and low dose groups, distilled water, red ginseng water decoction and high-, middle-, and low-dose aqueous solutions of Yixin Kangtai capsules were fed, respectively. On the tenth day, blood samples were collected from the carotid artery to make a T-test. Results: Red ginseng group and Compared with the control group, the Yixinkangtai capsules group’s T content was significantly increased after Yixingkangtai capsules (P<001), and the Yixinkangtai capsules’ high dose group was significantly higher than the red ginseng group’s T (P< 001); Conclusion: Yixin Kangtai can improve old age mouse gonad function, increase T content in vivo, and has obvious anti-aging effect.
