小学阶段是一个人形成价值观念的重要时期,班主任应该发挥重要的引导作用,带动学生的全面发展。本文从两个方面对新课改下小学班主任的工作对策进行了一定的分析,期望可以为班级管理工作的提高提供一定的理论依据。
Primary stage is an important period of the formation of values, class teacher should play an important guiding role to promote the all-round development of students. This article analyzes the work countermeasures of teachers in charge of primary school under new curriculum reform from two aspects. The expectation can provide certain theoretical basis for the improvement of class management.
