From 1992 to 1998, 60 patients with colon cancer treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction combined with interleukin-2 (IL-2) in our hospital (treatment group) and 60 patients treated with IL-2 alone (control group) Control observations are presented below. All clinical data were confirmed by pathological examination and were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group included 60 patients, 46 males and 14 females.
