文化企业作为一种从事于新闻出版、广播影视和文化艺术的企业,与其他企业相比以其服务项目及服务水平为主要核心竞争力,而这取决于人力资源的知识和创意。在激烈的文化产业竞争中,文化产业如果不能做好人力资源管理工作,导致人才流失严重,必将为自身带来严重后果。本文针对文化企业人力资源管理现状提出了创造性的管理策略,帮助文化企业构建健全、科学的人力资源管理机制,优化人力资源结构,更好地服务于项目创意与开展工作。
As a company engaged in press, radio, film, culture and the arts, a cultural enterprise has its core competencies of service projects and service levels compared with other enterprises, depending on the knowledge and creativity of human resources. In the fierce competition in the cultural industry, if the cultural industry can not do a good job of human resources management, leading to serious brain drain, it will surely bring serious consequences for itself. This paper proposes a creative management strategy aimed at the current situation of human resources management in cultural enterprises. It helps cultural enterprises to establish a sound and scientific human resources management mechanism, optimize the structure of human resources, and better serve the project creativity and work.
