目的:对优质护理在消化内科护理管理中的应用效果进行分析和探讨。方法:选取我院2014年12月至2015年12月期间收治的42例消化内科患者的临床资料进行研究,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组21例患者,其中对照组采用常规护理措施,观察组在常规护理措施的基础上给予优质护理。对两组患者的心理状态采用SAS(Zung焦虑自评量表)、SDS(抑郁自评量表)进行评分并对比;对两组患者的护理满意度进行对比分析。结果:通过对两组患者护理后的临床资料进行对比可见,观察组患者的SAS评分(37.57±3.46)分明显低于对照组(51.39±2.19)分,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者的SDS评分(39.81±2.52)分明显低于对照组(51.21±1.27)分,差异有统计学意。结论:义,P<0.05;观察组的护理满意度(95.24%)明显高于对照组(57.14%),两组对比差异显著,有统计学意义,P<0.05。在消化内科护理工作中,应用优质护理措施,在改善患者的心理状态及提高护理满意度方面效果比较理想,因此在临床应用中,优质护理措施有推广使用的价值。
Objective: To analyze and discuss the application effect of quality nursing in the management of digestive medicine. Methods: The clinical data of 42 patients with digestive diseases admitted from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 21 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing measures , The observation group on the basis of routine nursing care to give quality care. The psychological status of the two groups was scored by SAS (Self-Rating Depression Scale) and SDS (Self-Rating Depression Scale), and the nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared. Results: By comparing the clinical data of two groups of patients after nursing, the SAS score of the observation group (37.57 ± 3.46) was significantly lower than that of the control group (51.39 ± 2.19), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). SDS score (39.81 ± 2.52) in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (51.21 ± 1.27), the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Yi, P <0.05; nursing satisfaction (95.24%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (57.14%), the difference between the two groups was significant (P <0.05). In the digestive medical nursing work, the application of quality nursing measures, the improvement of the patient’s psychological status and improve nursing satisfaction is quite satisfactory, so in clinical applications, quality care has the value of promoting the use.
