The study of the three-dimensional structure of human interleukin-6 (hIL-6) has important guiding significance for revealing the mechanism of action and development of hIL-6 mutants with different activities and molecular design based on hIL-6 three-dimensional structure. This article summarizes the three-dimensional structure of hIL-6 model, and summarizes the IL-6 active site research progress.
