近年来,我国玉米育种工作进展不大,其主要原因是在育种目标、选系的材料和方法上都存在一定问题。表现在各杂交种在株形、叶面积系数、种植密度等方面大同小异,品种生态型间差别不大,妨碍了玉米产量大幅度的提高。因此,必须采用先进的轮回选择法,进行玉米群体改良,创造具有丰富延传基础的玉米群体作为选系材料,才能提高育种效果,使杂交种在产量上有较大突破。
In recent years, little progress has been made in maize breeding in our country. The main reason is that there are some problems in the breeding target, materials and methods of selecting lines. The performance of the hybrids in the plant shape, leaf area coefficient, planting density and other aspects are similar, little difference between the ecotypes of the varieties, preventing a substantial increase in maize yield. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt advanced recurrent selection method to improve maize population and create maize population with rich extension base as selection material, so as to improve breeding effect and achieve greater breakthrough in yield of hybrids.
