由于反应精馏过程将反应与分离过程耦合在同一塔内,给系统的平稳操作与动态控制提出更高要求。本文以醋酸甲酯反应体系为例,在反应精馏稳态结构和参数设计基础上,通过不同种变量配对模式,分别设计2种类型的多变量控制结构。并在上述2种模拟结构的进料流率、进料组分和加热量操作变量中引入不同方向的扰动,对比2种结构闭环动态响应性能。动态模拟结果表明采用进料流量塔顶成分变比值控制与灵敏板温度再沸器加热量控制的配对模式(CS2控制结构),系统能够更好地克服外界扰动,具有很好鲁棒性。
Due to the reactive distillation process, the reaction and separation process are coupled in the same column, which puts forward higher requirements for the smooth operation and dynamic control of the system. Taking methyl acetate reaction system as an example, two kinds of multivariable control structures were designed based on the steady-state structure and parameter design of reactive distillation. The disturbances in different directions were introduced into the feed flow rate, feed composition and heating manipulated variables of the two simulated structures above, and the closed-loop dynamic response performances of the two structures were compared. The dynamic simulation results show that the system can better overcome the external disturbances and has good robustness by adopting the pairing mode (CS2 control structure) which controls the ratio of the feed liquid to the top of the tower and the heating control of the reboiler of the sensitive plate.
