近年来,我国自行开发的数控系统(包括伺服系统与驱动电机)纷纷出台,颇有百花争艳的景象。在今年中国机床工具展览交易会上,国内展出数控系统产品的就有40余家,既有功能较好,采用伺服电机驱动并带有CRT的经济数控系统,也有采用32位PC机母板,着重于软件开发的多轴多通道的中、高档数控系统,这说明近10年来经过我们不断的自行开发与多家引进国外数控系统的制造技术,以及众多国外数控系统产品输入我国,可作为借鉴,使我国在经济型与普及型数控系统的开发方面具备了一定的能力。如果将目前过于分散的力量很好加以组织,集中优势人力,肯定还能取得更好的成绩。
In recent years, China’s self-developed numerical control systems (including servo systems and drive motors) have been introduced, and there are many scenes of blooming flowers. At the China Machine Tool Show trade fair this year, more than 40 CNC system products were exhibited in China. They are both economical CNC systems with good functions, servo-motor drives and CRTs, and 32-bit PC motherboards. Focusing on multi-axis and multi-channel middle and high-end CNC systems for software development, this shows that in the past 10 years, we have been continuously developing our own products and have introduced many foreign CNC system manufacturing technologies, as well as numerous foreign CNC system products, which can be used as our country. References have enabled China to have certain capabilities in the development of economical and universal CNC systems. If the current overly decentralized forces are well organized and concentrated on the advantages of manpower, we can certainly achieve better results.
