根据缓释原理,我们试制应用“7504”加表面活性剂加压制成的杀灭蚊幼虫的锭剂—灭孑锭,对其释药动态和灭蚊幼效果进行了实验室和现场观察。灭孑锭的释药动态,对其水样应用气相色谱测定50天内有机氯含量,结果释药动态浮动在0.14—0.29ppm/h之间,标准差为±0.049ppm/h。生物测定同步进行,60min内蚊幼全部死亡。实验室内0.3ppm浓度的“7504”水溶液三天内蚊幼死亡率为98.75%,第5天为55.7%。灭孑锭投药后,30天内蚊幼死亡率为100%,50天内为91.7%,现场应用污水池、清水缸等9个环境,按25g/0.5m~3投药,把蚊幼密度控制在2条/勺以下的有效时间在20天左右。
According to the principle of sustained release, we experimented on the application of the “7504” plus surfactant pressure-killing tablets to kill mosquito larvae, which were tested in laboratory and on the spot. The results showed that the dynamic change of drug release was between 0.14-0.29ppm / h and the standard deviation was ± 0.049ppm / h. Bioassay simultaneously, within 60min Neisseria all died. In the laboratory, the mortality rate of mosquito was 98.75% within three days of 0.3ppm concentration of “7504” water solution and 55.7% from the fifth day.
