上海保利广场为B级高度超限高层办公楼,地上30层,建筑高度134 m,采用框架—双核芯筒结构体系。塔楼西侧在24层收进,立面不规则。采用SATWE、PMSAP、ETABS程序对结构进行了多遇地震作用下的反应谱计算和动力时程补充计算,中震弹性复核,并进行了罕遇地震作用下的静力弹塑性分析。结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。最后,详细阐述了为了满足建筑功能要求而采取的双核芯筒抗侧力构件、钢管混凝土叠合柱、搭接柱转换这几项关键技术问题,希望能为类似的工程设计提供借鉴。
Shanghai Poly Plaza is a B-level high-rise high-rise office buildings, 30 floors above ground, building height of 134 m, the use of the framework - dual-core tube structure system. On the 24th floor west of the tower, the facade is irregular. Using SATWE, PMSAP and ETABS programs, the structure of the structure was subjected to seismic response spectrum calculation and dynamic time-history supplement calculation, moderate earthquake elastic verification, and static elastic-plastic analysis under rare earthquakes. The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good and the system is safe and feasible. Finally, the key technical problems of double-core barrel anti-side members, concrete-filled steel tubular columns and lapped columns, which are taken in order to meet the functional requirements of the building, are elaborated in the last part of the paper, hoping to provide references for similar engineering design.
